Hi ,we need to 'Edit Accounts Permission' and 'Create Accounts Perrmission'.Can someone please add to my 'Backend Create Extension' app in the sandbox? Also why we can not do this ?
This type of request, please submit your request through a support ticket with your production account info (main company number or email) and reasons.
As per RingCentral developer support team 'Edit Accounts Permission' and 'Create Accounts Permission' are advanced permission and can be added only after the request you send them.
So please do the needful as @Phong Vu explained in his answer
