Question - a while back Microsoft stated that they were going to release a API Graph for MS Teams that would allow integration with 3rd party apps such as RingCentral. I am not interested in the app that RC has released that requires Chrome Extension to tie into teams.microsoft.com. What I am interested in is there any tie-in to the RC and the MS Teams Desktop app?

Yes, there is an integration with MS Teams desktop app.
Follow these steps to install
1. Visit the Teams integration in the RingCentral app store - https://www.ringcentral.com/apps/ringcentral-for-microsoft-teams
2. Click the select dropdown to see all the integration options
3. Select "Get in now - Teams bot"
You can also visit the MS Teams app store to install this integration.
