We use RingCentral as our Tech Support Phone line, and we have 4 users who rotate weekly on answering calls during Off-Hours. We would like the ability for each person to send and receive Texts from the main company line during that time.
Right now, only the operator can send and receive SMS texts from the main company line. At least give us the option to change who is the operator based on our routing rules.
