Is there still not a way to see deleted text messages? The last time someone asked was in 2020. I called and the person I was spoke with kept insisting I could and trying to walk me through it, but what he was trying to get me to do did not make sense.

You may be able to recover the messages by querying the Message Store via Rest API. You are able to select from the following type: "Alive", "Deleted". and "Purged".
