Having issues with my RC sms text messages going thru to ATT customers. All others work fine. I can send photos to ATT customers but not SMS text messages. I get message send failure. Going on for over a week now.

To add to Mary's comment - This is a known issue and our team is working to address your concern. Creating a case will allow us to tie together the customers experiencing this failure and continue to work to fix the problem.
