Hi , i am facing issues in joining ring central meeting client . When the host joins, it becomes stuck and atlast gives the error code '104113'. Somedays it works perfectly, but some days it does not . It has become a serious issue and client has already escalated it. I need to obtain a list of individuals who attended a RingCentral Webinar/Meeting. Is there a way to do this. I know that the ability exists to document that X individuals attended the meeting but there is no method to identify "who" actually attended, for how long, etc.ThanksMike Simmons

I am having someproblems w RC. When I am having a video conference with someone who is on their Android based phone sometimes they will get a message "you are using your audio device" and it will disconnected from the video conference with me.

HiI am unable to start or schedule a meeting using RC Meetings App on a Mac. It did work about a month ago, but when I tried to either start a meeting ad hoc or schedule, nothing happens. Question about screen sharing

Using RC Meetings desktop app (6.3.15457.1221) on Win 10 running on a lenovo L380 (core i7 8th, 16GB RAM), Symmetric wired connection of ca. 300MB upstream/downstream.whenever I connect to a meeting (whether with video or without it), I get an awful audio quality with with lots of cracking/static noises. I use Jabra Evolve 40UC, and the noises appear whether I connect it through the USB adaptor or directly to the laptops 3.5 jack.any idea on how to resolve?

I'd like to be able to see the meeting on our boardroom TV. The TV has chomecast built-in in case this helps. I am using the webcam to capture us on video, but the video of other participants only shows on my laptop. How can I use either the RingCentral Meetings app that I have on my macbook OR use RingCentral Meetings in my browser, which would then allow me to chomecast to my TV?

Looking for some help with a peculiar ringcentral meetings issue we've been having. We have a company in the US, UK and AU. The UK is under UK Global office. I have multiple users in the UK that state that when they try to schedule a meeting through ringcentral meetings it shows dial in numbers for the US but nothing for the UK or the AU despite our global dial-in countries are set in the admin portal for the whole company to show all 3 dial in numbers.If they go to edit the dial in countries in the ringcentral meetings app and manually add these 2 countries it still only shows the US number when they go to schedule a meeting.For the US employees by default all 3 countries have dial in numbers for meetings, for the UK employees they are only presented with a dial in number for the US.
