Airplay Mirroring

1. US.2. 083488613. Allow Airplay mirroring with RingCentral rooms to add devices on a different network location.4. No troubleshooting, just inquiring if this possible.5. RingCentral Rooms6. No affected user.Hi team,I'm posting this topic for my client "Shadi". He asks if we could setup other device to use AirPlay mirroring which is outside the network configured with their RingCentral Rooms. Is this possible or a feature request? I did check this article https://support.ringcentral.com/s/article/9532?language=en_US#req that requires the network to be configured, however if the device is not on that network, will it work?Regards,Martin Jimenez

Error code: 3010 when attempting to start a meeting.

When attempting to start a meeting, the meeting crashes and gives the error code: 3010I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Ring Central Meetings. Im on Windows 10.

Click Continue to join ring central with limited connectivity - error code '104113'

Hi , i am facing issues in joining ring central meeting client . When the host joins, it becomes stuck and atlast gives the error code '104113'. Somedays it works perfectly, but some days it does not . It has become a serious issue and client has already escalated it. Can you let me know any possible workaround or some version of ring central that would solve this issue.version : 6.3.1Account type : US

I need to obtain a list of individuals who attended a RingCentral Webinar/Meeting. Is there a way to do this. I know that the ability exists to document that X individuals attended the meeting but there is no method to identify "who" actually attended, for how long, etc.ThanksMike Simmons

Hello I have been using meetings just fine and then all thee sudden it stopped working every time i log in i get no internet connection

US accountlogging into meetings i get every time the below message. I even went back in my time machine for Mac to date it worked and nothing. please helpmac os-10.14.3RC meetings=6.3.135305.1213

problem with video conference being disconnected

I am having someproblems w RC. When I am having a video conference with someone who is on their Android based phone sometimes they will get a message "you are using your audio device" and it will disconnected from the video conference with me.

Unable to Start Meeting Using RC Meeting on a Mac

HiI am unable to start or schedule a meeting using RC Meetings App on a Mac. It did work about a month ago, but when I tried to either start a meeting ad hoc or schedule, nothing happens. I am able to join someone else's meeting without issue.OS X Mojave 10.14.2RC Meetings: 6.3.135305.1213Steps & Outcomes:1. Start up RC Meetings2. Sign in using my email address3. All of the circle buttons appear with a blue ring4. If I hit Start Without Video, nothing happens. No new window, no indication any event happened.5. If I attempt to schedule a meeting, the window pops up, but it won't stick. No meeting shows up on my calendar.6. When someone attempts to join a meeting with my Personal ID, RingCentral says they can not join and kicks them out.I have tried a new installation. Deleted the app, ran the installer. It doesn't provide feedback that it was successful, except launch RC Meeting.I'm looking for how to fix the issue of not being able to start or schedule a meeting.Tha

Ring Central Meetings: Choppy audio and crack noises

Using RC Meetings desktop app (6.3.15457.1221) on Win 10 running on a lenovo L380 (core i7 8th, 16GB RAM), Symmetric wired connection of ca. 300MB upstream/downstream.whenever I connect to a meeting (whether with video or without it), I get an awful audio quality with with lots of cracking/static noises. I use Jabra Evolve 40UC, and the noises appear whether I connect it through the USB adaptor or directly to the laptops 3.5 jack.any idea on how to resolve?

How can I cast a ringcentral meeting (video) to my TV?

I'd like to be able to see the meeting on our boardroom TV. The TV has chomecast built-in in case this helps. I am using the webcam to capture us on video, but the video of other participants only shows on my laptop. How can I use either the RingCentral Meetings app that I have on my macbook OR use RingCentral Meetings in my browser, which would then allow me to chomecast to my TV?

RingCentral meetings default dial in numbers not showing up for UK users

Looking for some help with a peculiar ringcentral meetings issue we've been having. We have a company in the US, UK and AU. The UK is under UK Global office. I have multiple users in the UK that state that when they try to schedule a meeting through ringcentral meetings it shows dial in numbers for the US but nothing for the UK or the AU despite our global dial-in countries are set in the admin portal for the whole company to show all 3 dial in numbers.If they go to edit the dial in countries in the ringcentral meetings app and manually add these 2 countries it still only shows the US number when they go to schedule a meeting.For the US employees by default all 3 countries have dial in numbers for meetings, for the UK employees they are only presented with a dial in number for the US.
