I keep receiving e-mails saying my account will be deleted for not being active. I join meetings almost every day. What gives?

Are you using the free meetings product?  Are you a regular RC customer with it included?
Yes I am using free account and I use it daily.
Are you logged into your account? 
That's what happened with one of our users. He wasn't using his work-provided RC credentials when using RC Meetings.
