Web cam default when joining a meeting

Hi Joseph,

The default setting is for video to be on, but you can change this under Settings in the Meetings app. When setting up meetings, hosts can also specify what they want to default to be. Checkout our RingCentral Meetings User Guide for more info!

As an administrator, is there a global setting that i can use that will not allow any of my users to setup a meeting with participate web cam always on? We need to have the cam off always, unless a request to turn on is accepted..
