From time to time you may receive an SMS from one phone number, and want to send a response from an alternative phone number. Of course, there may be a number of different circumstances in which you would want to send an SMS from a different RingCentral phone number. However, sometimes, this phone number you want to send an SMS from is not listed in the pull-down menu in which you select the sending phone number.
This trick to addressing this is often found in an admin modifying the runner of the workflow. When this is done, the workflow can be configured to send an SMS from a phone number associated with the runner of the workflow.

This option is only available to administrators.
