How can I turn off AI feature for all users?

That works for one user, but if the account has 20, 50, 100’s - it’s better to make a Template and then apply that to the Roles in the user base. (filtered to however they need it)

If you’re referring to AI Assistant, you can use this KB Article to manage the AI Assistant.
Please let me know if this doesn’t fit the bill and we can go deeper.
