I have attempted multiple times to port a series of AT&T IP Flex local numbers.

First I was told since all numbers terminate to a single data center, I need to submit a port order for each number.  It was rejected

So, I was told to put “all” numbers on a single order since they all terminate to a single data center.  It was rejected.

If I attempt to put 10 IP flex numbers on a single order, I am unable to change the BTN.  It populates the first number for all numbers.

I have 35 IP Flex numbers, not in sequence, to port.  Do you have any experience in port Flex numbers?

How do they need to be submitted?  Do I HAVE to wait for each to be assigned a FOC and then submit the next one?  NOTHING IS WORKING and the NTD help desk is not able to provide any information.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Thank you :)

Hey, let me reach out to the team and see what we can do about this.
More soon!

@pkenagy I checked in with the Porting team!
NTD Helpdesk is the right team to review the rejections.
Sounds like there is some complexity to what you’re trying to accomplish. The team acknowledged that you have two cases open and they'll use those as the way to communicate with you.

Let me know how it goes and if you need further assistance, shoot me a message her or in my DMs.

Hey, @pkenagy UPDATE!

So the team sees two active orders that are in an order_returned status and rejected by AT&T TCG IP Flex. While the case owner will reply in the tickets, it sounds like you submitted your orders with TNs from different accounts/site IDs, which is the reason for the rejection from AT&T.

The best path forward for you is to identify the Site IDs for each TN and only submit TNs with the same Site ID in a single order. In addition, it would best to request a CSR from AT&T TCG/IP Flex, as AT&T prefers a CSR when doing a porting-out evaluation. The two current orders are not valid, because the TN list submitted are across multiple Site IDs. Please create a spreadsheet with all TNs and add a column next to each TN with the Site ID and then resubmit orders by Site ID and only the applicable TN List.

Also, a NTD HD Agent will reach out to you as well to cover all points of egress.

Hope this helps!

FAIL, no help at all.  Isn’t there a porting specialist I can speak with? Ty.

Hi @pkenagy, Becky is on vacation so I’m responding on her behalf.

I’ve escalated your concern to our Executive Response Team for further review and support. We understand how important this matter is, and I’ll make sure to monitor the progress closely.
