I want to pay my bill manually but when I am online, i can only change my CC# but there is no option to pay manually. I called several time on Friday and was finally told my account rep was on leave, and someone else would call me back, but no one did. I was also told i could call 24/7 for help, which is also untrue. My service is schedule for interruption on Sunday and today is Saturday and I can find no one to help me pay this bill after several days of trying.

Currently have one last call requirement that I must not be understanding. We have a group of staff that rotate on-call duties. In the past they would setup IVR to allow customers to contact on-call in an emergency and that would ring to a cell phone they manually rotated amongst each other. I am trying to assemble a solution that would allow them to use their personal cell phones and easily sign in or out of the "after hours call queue" as needed (i.e. when they are on call they would sign in). Has anyone tackled this and come up with a simple user friendly solution? I am planning to use call queue and then train them to use the "Do not accept call queue calls" option in the user portal. But that is not exactly user friendly. In the old days we had third party apps we would use that plugged into your PBX to allow people to sign in and out of the after hours on-call via a simple web page or by dialing in and following voice prompts.Thanks for brainstorming with me!

It says it does it every 15 minutes but I've timed it throughout the day, it's every bit of 4 hours, which is frustrating especially when you're trying to see if the call you're making is what RC wants in order for you to apply for production.

If my wifi is weak, I would like the ability to not see anyone's video, and only hear their audio, in order to save bandwidth and potentially allow me to communicate with people on the call without it freezing due to not being able to handle displaying video. I know I can control whether my own video is turned on or not. But it would be nice to also be able to choose to not see other's videos if wanted. This would be on a PC.

We have several people not able to log in to the RingCentral desktop app, or even load the website ringcentral.com for that matter. I don't see these issues on the status.ringcentral.com page, so I'm hoping to get an update here.

Show's last update was 2020-11-16, 12:19:09 UTC and trying the manual refresh does not update.Also, I was 90% done my calls this past Saturday, when waiting on a refresh to apply for production after completing the other 10%, the 90% of completed calls showed not complete and I had to start over today. Do you have to make these calls within a certain time period for them to be considered "complete" or did something break on RC end?But my main issue is that today I have successfully made every call needed to apply for production, the Status & Review page still shows all calls as not complete 2 hours after making them.

In October the receiving of fax subscriptions has failed multiple time and no proper error code or reason available for us to work on. This also affected the sending and reading of faxes. Whenever the receiving of fax failed, the sending and reading of faxes also failed. We had to regenerate the webhook subscription ID multiple times to overcome this issue.We are noticing an increase in the number of subscriptions coming in with status as Purged. Testing API calls in the sandbox, all of them are going through pretty well except for Meetings, it gives me this error:ringcentral.http.api_exception.ApiException: In order to call this API endpoint, user needs to have [Meetings] permissionMy extension/user has meetings permission, the sandbox literally has every permission available. We are looking for a way to mass update the time zone setting for all of our phones. Currently we have to go through and check each device/user. This is quite time consuming since we have several hundred devices and users within our organization

It drives me bonkers that the Ring Central desktop program hints keep popping up every time I try to answer a phone call. So to answer calls, I have to click once on the notification, then click the hint after I locate it on screen, then click to answer. It just seems ridiculous - 3 clicks!? PLEASE consider changing this feature!Brian

We would like to setup a personal auto attendant in place of a voicemail greeting on a extension. For example if someone called my extension instead of getting a voicemail greeting they would get an auto attendant with say 2 options. One reach a member of my team and two would be leave me a message.

So we are pretty happy with the Salesforce CTI integration with Ring Central, with one exception. If a user is assigned a task in Salesforce to Call someone, and they do so, this actually creates a new task/activity log rather than have the ability to have the RC CTI app update and close the existing task. Assigning work to people through automation is one of Salesforce's great strengths, but the RC CTI essentially forces double logging if you want to use the CTI to log the call. Would love to see a way to choose to update an existing task in the CTI if it's on screen when the CTD is initiated.
