Feature sugesstion - Pick up settings and members

I would like to share my idea of Pick up settings and members feature to RC support. Personally, I think it would be much better if the call will be ringing on both primary sequence and pick up groups after alert time so that we have both group to have chance of picking up the call which will reduce the wait time. Thank you!
