Two hours after trying to get tech support from the Philippines, I'm no further ahead. Is there no tech support in the United States where we can hear each other, or we don't get cut off every 15 minutes? I just need to know how to start a meeting and get a link that can be posted on Facebook for others to click on and join? Help?

I might be missing something but for the life of me, I am unable to call out using the Site Number. I can call out using the full account number but when I have users setup with Multi-Site and want users from site Boise for example to use a Boise assigned site number, and users from Tampa to use a Tampa assigned site number it won't let me. All I see is the general account main number which I do not want to use. Am I crazy or am I missing something?

Hello-I have a call center that is strictly outbound. I'm looking to pass unique call identifiers that come from my CRM when I place a call and Text. The purpose of this is so I can associate each call/text to the CRM for easy future access/reference. Doing this by "extension" doesn't work as each extension makes many unique calls throughout the day that I need to be able to map back to the record in my CRM. If there's a way for me to pass MY CRM attribute when invoking a call/text, I believe this would be an easy solution for me. However, when looking through the API docs, I didn't see where/how I could accomplish this.Thanks,-Brian

We are having an issue where someone answers a call - but it shows as missed for the other team members. Any ideas? Perhaps a missed setting?

In call recordings, I noticed that one of my calls stopped recording prematurely. The call lasted over five minutes, but RC only provides a little over 30 seconds of the recording. I have been escalated to Tier 2 by RC and am awaiting a response. Has anyone else had this problem?

I think I am correct, but you can send out invites to more than your license allows, correct? So if I decide to upgrade to 300 plan, I can send invites out to 500 people and whoever accepts gets in up to the 300 allotted. Correct?TY

I have created a zap that allows a SMS text to be sent automatically if a "Column" is updated on a google sheets account.I recently did this and some got sent but an error populated stating the request rate was exceeded. Hi,I can't manage to Log In using my App on my phone, to be abble to receive work calls on my phone. I tried logging with the Express way, but when I open the link in the email I receive, it just loads with never bringing me to any website/page. And if I try to connect manually, it says that I have an authentification error.But I am abble to connect on my laptop with Google Chrome. So I know all my info to log in.The Facebook chat didn't want to help me with this one. And I tried to sent a Ticket, but I can't log in on the support website for the same error.I need this for work.Also, it used to work on my previous phone. I am logged into my account online & I can't find text messages anywhere. I have both sent & received text messages via RingCentral. I see the "Messages" area where I can listen to voicemail & view incoming faxes. I cannot find text messages anywhere. I can view them in the app, but not while logged in on the website. HELP! Hi There,We have been able to successfully create, delete webhook subscriptions using PHP and REST API. Everything was working perfectly fine until we had our app published for production and we have noticed a strange behavior or unexpected behavior which is not present in Sandbox mode.In Sandbox: We sent a sms which works fine and once someone replies we get that replies from Webhook and process it as required.In Production: Once we sent an sms our webhook automatically gets called for the sent SMS and is responding back with the data of sent SMS not received. That behavior is not present in Sandbox mode and our webbook is only being called once we have a reply from someone.Can you please help me understand why is that and where is something wrong? Why we have different behavior from the same app and account.

I'm unable to get my built-in webcam working during a meeting on my MacBook. When I go to Video Settings, the only option I have is FaceTime HD Camera. My Macbook webcam never turns on. I've been unable to find any insights within help, support forums or within system settings. I don't have this issue with Google Hangout, GoToMeeting, etc. Please advise.

Hello, I just spoke for about an hour with a Ring central support tech , because I want all my call to be forward to my cell and she tray and was ok now somebody call and when to voice messager what is wrong.

I'm currently experiencing two issues with fax. I've tried to speak to an agent via Live Chat but no real human agent is available after waiting over an hour :(1. My client tried to fax the document to us, he kept getting the 'line is busy' signal. (tried two different days) We have a separate fax number from the phone number and no other fax was received during those times, so not sure how the line could be busy.2. I faxed the PDF file from RC App to a government agency, but the recipient is saying that the received file appears almost whited out and would like me to replace the ink ?! I asked if they are using the traditional fax machine, she said they are also using the electronic fax.Would appreciate any help!
