Getting Service Temporary Unavailable in Sanbox Environment when trying to subscribe to an event

I have a camera cover on my mac, and when I join a ringcentral meeting and switch on the video it shows green because of the cover. Instead I would like to show my name ..... I have to switch on the video in order to be able to see other participants and screenshare. How can I make this chnage so that when I select video on ringcentral meeting it does not show green for me, and instead shows my name

RC has automated email responses that we would like to add verbiage. For example we would like to add important contact info/on-boarding info on the Welcome email that could be specific to certain teams. Or when a user is added to a monitoring group, can we add verbiage on privacy specified by our Legal team. Is there a way to accomplish this?

I recently updated the Ring Central desktop app for Mac to version 19.5.2.This version seems to have no Contacts. It did not transfer my existing contacts, and I can't find a place to add new contacts. Below is a screenshot of the dashboard of the app on my desktop.This doesn't look like the pictures in the desktop user guide.

Have my user account configured to ring my desktop softphone and my mobile application on incoming calls which works (both apps ring). However when I answer the call on my mobile phone, the call does not connect.Conversely, when attempting to initiate a call via the RingCentral app on my mobile phone, once I dial the number and press the green button, the next screen shows a "Connecting...." message for a few seconds and then a popup appears about the app unable to connect to the network (hard to get the entire message since the popup only stays on screen for a second or two).All other parts of the RingCentral app seem to work normally.Have uninstalled, rebooted, and re-installed the app with not change in behavior.Phone is a OnePlus 6T, running the international version of the firmware on the T-Mobile network.Have not yet attempted to make or receive calls while the phone is connected to WiFi.

I just found out RingCentral can listen to my voice messages. That is not acceptable. This is a law firm and I our voice messages must be strictly confidential. You must change this so it is not possible for you to listen to a law firm's voice messages.

So glip released a new update and you are unable to add members to your company team. My questions, if you get a new employee, why can you no longer add him/her to the company team? Why can he/she not be able to be informed of the messages in the company team? The company team has a long history of messages in it that we may want a new employee to be able to see. Why can he/she not be privy to those messages? The answer I received..."we no longer provide the feature to add a team member to the company team. So if I want to get around it, create another company team manually."For me that's okay, I have a small company. I am using the RingCentral.net C CallLog API with admin account. I do get call logs for all users but only getting 100 rows. I tried different dates in datefrom param. I do see data for the different dates but only 100 rows each time. is there page setting that will give me all data? Do i need to loop through the pages to get all data for the 90 days? There is no mention in the documentation other than to set dateFrom. When will RingCentral allow MMS messages to go to personal contacts, and the personal contacts in the thread be able to see the message and who is in the group? And be able to respond to the entire group. It will be nice to be able to message a group (from personal contacts) and be able to get responses streamed into the same thread for each person in the group to see.

Hello - I am somewhat new to the system. I have been able to generate a report on transferred calls but it only shows me who the call went to. I would like to know where the call came from (what skill and agent). Anyone already do this?

I have the Plantronics V5200 Bluetooth headset, I have my MAC app RingCentral setup to integrate with it. I get calls on my MAC and when I try to answer with the headset it does nothing, online it says I should be able to answer, hangup and mute calls. The only way to answer calls is to press "Answer" on the app. Am I missing something? I have the Plantronics Hub installed and it sees my device as a PC connection only since I can't get it to see it in Bluetooth. Any one get this working? Thanks

I have 10 local numbers and 2 toll free numbers. From my android app, I can select from which number I want to place an outbound call and done. The question is:I have a cisco 8861(Desktop) and I see the 10 lights green and all of them are as one name or yet. My concern is how can I set up in a way that I will know from which local number will I place the outbound call since all caller ID are on the same name.Also, how can I create or edit each number with a different caller id? Perhaps this would solve it..... Having too much fun a night before the holliday!tks,

Glip started to act weird beginning of the last week. I have contacted RC support via phone but they're unable to resolve the issues. It has been more than a week now.One of our colleagues accidentally created a duplicated account on RC which caused conflict between or main company account on Glip. (We had the same issue last year and resolved in two days.) Since then 3 people are locked out from their glip account and can't log in.We started to experience weird error messages or some of the setting options are missing as I noted below.The accounts of users from Argentina are disabled and they're receiving an error message when they tried to sign in with their e-mail accounts.Glip Admin can't remove accounts from some chats or disable individual accounts.Some accounts can't be assigned as adminRC agents keep saying that Glip technical support is going to contact me but I haven't heard from anyone and its been a week. If a user extension has custom hours and is part of a ring group, will the ring group hours override the user hours?Scenario: Front desk / Reception has a cordless phone so they can answer calls when away from the desk at the beginning of the day. The cordless has an annoying ring so custom hours have been programmed so the device will not ring during the day. However when the user extension is added to the reception ring group, calls go right through.Is there a why to force the user extension to respect the custom hours while being part of a ring group?

Allow Editing "Roles" so that a manager could see "user status", but not be able to adjust the call handling. This would protect the company and allow managers to view reports and assess performance.
