I am looking to create Users or CRUD operations on Users in Ring Central API. When i look into API, i am able to get only Account info. Is there any API's for Create/Update/Delete Users(or)Accounts for Ring Central.

Hello,We occasionally see 429 responses due to our batching of status checks against the RC REST API. If we receive a 429, but then continue to hit the endpoint, does RC eventually invalidate the access and refresh tokens? We are running into a problem where we cannot seem to get a new refresh token because the old one is invalid even though it appears it should be valid.Thanks.

When calling the /restapi/oauth/token endpoint I can successfully retrieve a token when I use the Admin account related to the client specified on the developer portal.Our requirement is that individual users are able to retrieve their own OAuth token using their credentials (Username, Password & Extension) whilst still using the Client Id/Secret to make RingOut calls.Unfortunately whenever I attempt to get a token using an account other than the Admin it receive an error code OAU-140 (Invalid resource owner credentials) despite being able to login to the RingCentral phone app with the same credentials.Am I missing something with how the system operates? It is my understanding that this should be possible and that I can use the extension to make RingOut calls after authorizing using the individuals credentials; should this be allowed? Is this not how the system is intended to be used? If it is intended to be used this way then how can I get around this problem?Thanks,Snakeboard

Is there a way to restore a previously de-activated free Glip user?

We are using the C# SDK to collect real-time data events. We have observed a few issues.The documentation indicates the tokens are supposed to auto-refresh. We are capturing the token refresh events and observe that they seem to automatically refresh twice (a little less than an hour apart), but usually within 3 hours we no longer receive data events. We also tried manually renewing the subscription, but it that did not seem to have any effect on the data.To address issue 1 above we began monitoring when the subscription was set to expire and if that time lapsed, re-create the connection. This approach seemed to work but we noticed that call events become delayed. Initially only by a minute but as time goes on we have seen delays of over 10 minutes.

I use Glip over 3 years (with much pain, not because I love pain), particularly on Linux I run Chromium and each time as session expires I need to walk through the following:- enter all my credentials- RC requests the security code and sends it to email- I enter the code and getting "We cant recognize the device"- WTF? Chrome and Chromium are relatives- then using the workaround: reset the password- get the reset link on my email, navigate- enter the same password- log in to Glip successfully. Here you CAN recognize the device, right?Any chance to get it fixed?I can log in to Glip with Firefox on LinuxDetails:Chromium 74.0.3729.169Ubuntu 19.04 (64 bit)

Is the RingCentral For Google extension a replacement for RingCentral for G Suite?I tried adding the RingCentral for G Suite from the G Suite Marketplace, but nothing happens. Has this been app been discontinued? Is the replacement RingCentral For Google?The G Suite App seems to have more features including Google Hangouts (Not Google Hangouts Chat).

I'm trying to send a fax to someone's efax number. I entered the number as 11234567890@rcfax.com & it failed. I then tried 11234567890@efax.com & it failed aswell. What is the proper way to send to an efax number??

We are a US based corporate housing company. A phone app to quickly access the Ring Central Portal and make changes and turn on advanced rules for call forwarding on the go would be super helpful.

We are just starting to get RingCentral setup for our organization and I want to do about 5 lines with a multi-level IVR. I have been having difficulty understanding exactly how to get it set up and have tried a few times without success. Is there anyone that can give me some pointers on how to set up an IVR with the structure seen in the attached image?

I received a call after hours, the caller did not want to leave a message however, I informed the intended recipient of the call the next day. I went to look up the number for them and unfortunately the times on the call log are not set to my time zone?
