Is there any way to only overflow calls to another queue during certain defined hours of the day?

Is the To reply using the RingCentral app. click here in the text message email notification actually to allow you to reply to the text message or is it designed just to take you to the RingCentral website to download the softphone app?

I have an existing, Windows console application, with Quartz.Net that operates as a scheduler. It targets .NET 4.6.2. It references a class library that targets .NET 4.6.2. I added the RingCentral NuGet package to the class library, with a job to send faxes. When I deployed it to the server, I gotCould not load file or assembly 'System.Runtime, Version=4.1.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)I added a binding redirect that pointed to the same version and it fixed that problem. RingCentral.Net.dll is deployed to the application directory. Is there any way to find the status of the send fax? I dont find any API for this. Can anyone help me?

Everyone in my organization is complaining of this issue. With the ring central mobile app on our cell phones, whenever our phones connect to our cars Bluetooth, a call starts on our bluetooth to no one. It shows our own name and number, but that's it. I've been unable to find anything here for other people having this issue. Is this a known issue and is there a fix for it?

I have a US account. Related case number is 08805264. I have had two chats and two phone conversations with RingCentral folks trying to resolve this. I have tried multiple versions of the app including 10.3.1 and 11.0.2, and perhaps others. Previously when using RingCentral phone on my PC running Windows 10, I could initiate a call by typing the phone number and then pressing enter twice. I did not need to move my hand to the mouse. Now, I cannot initiate the call without having to jump to the mouse and click. Functionality has been lost with the "upgrades". And even though I went back and downloaded an old version, I must still initiate with a mouse click. It seems like a small thing, but when you are making many phone calls each day, it is really troublesome. How can I get back that functionality?

I'll be in Europe for a couple of weeks and want to make sure that I can make and receive calls to/from the United States and also text to/from the United States over wifi in the same manner that I do at home. Is that how it works?

Phones are cutting out frequently the past few days is anyone else having this issue. We reset our modem, firewall , and switch, all our phones and it is still happening!!!

Suddenly our RingOut API call stopped working.It is throwing error :"errorCode" : "RNG-102", "message" : "Caller ID should be one of company direct numbers", "errors" : [ { "errorCode" : "RNG-102", "message" : "Caller ID should be one of company direct numbers"We are using Direct numbers as caller id but it still showing this error message and not connecting the calls.

It would be nice that once an extension is built and activated it would appear in every other users contacts tab, so messages and other info could be sent to people in house much easier without having to import lists from outside programs or having to add them into the personal contacts section since you can't forward messages to company contacts only to personal contact lists.

Do you know how to delegate number an extension to have access to main number to send SMS from?

Was getting into my @team groove, when I realized that I can no longer @metion my team on the browser/desktop app. I can only @mention my organization.The option to allow for @team messaging has also disappeared from 'Edit Team Details' menu.On mobile, it appears that I can @mention my team, but not the organization (which is fine, really).Anyone else experiencing this? Am I understanding things correctly?

I noticed Germany is no longer on the list of numbers for CONFERENCE CALLS. Are there plans of bring that number back? We need a number there !!!!

We have integrated SMS API with Zoho CRM and have an approved app in the app store: https://www.ringcentral.com/apps/zoho-crm-ringcentral-sms-texting-extensionIt works great, but we are seeing issues with certain accounts. We need to be able to filter out numbers that cannot send SMS. We used to filter for SMS Enabled type, but we were told other number can text also that have different types. This makes it very confusing as now we list all numbers even the ones can not text. As a result, customers are getting a number of error messages. We also not sure why some users can not text, they get the error:In order to call this API endpoint for another extension, user needs to have [OutboundSMS] permission granted with extended scopeCan you point me in the right direction? Our app is getting more popular, but we need to perfect it.

Does RingCentral support Panasonic KX-TPA60 cordless phones? Also, does RingCentral support Polycom desktop phones? Thanks very much

I am trying to integrate RingCentral within my react-native mobile application. What I'd like to do is have the ability for a user to tap on a phone number from within my app and have it open and call through the RingCentral mobile app. I believe this requires a redirect URI for the RC mobile app, but I am unable to find this.

I have been noticing for some time on almost every call through my mobile app (the new one) on WiFi that calls drop out for about 5 seconds at a time. I am pretty sure the other party still hears me, but I don't hear them and sometimes I hear the RingCentral progress tone that plays when an outbound call is trying to be established. This happens on my home and work and other Wifi networks so I don't think the issue is with the network. I also don't have this problem with other voip services I use or the desktop/glip app on my laptop.I have kept the app up to date and it happened on my iPhone 6s as well as my new XS.It is getting so bad I avoid using the mobile app for important calls. I am curious if anyone else is having this trouble.I think my next troubleshooting step is to use the old mobile app for a while to see if it shows the same problem or not. If it does not then feel like the issue is with the newer Glip mobile app itself.

I'm currently using a Singleton of the RestClient for all RingCentral requests. Since we moved offices (same building - next door), my RingCentral phone has been getting constant and repeated phantom calls from the same number that shows "3=3..." in the Call Display. My assistant has also had weird calls like this in the past, so just wondering what these are and why do we get them if they don't have meaningful caller ID's? And how do we stop them!? We are in Canada.

We have been dealing with an odd issue with our RingCentral Services. Specifically, when our users are making outbound calls our callback number or Caller ID shows as that specific user's Direct Number. We have checked all of the settings in our online portal and the Desktop app but we are still having the issue. Our case has been escalated to tier 2 but they have mentioned this is normal since the main number is essentially just a spoofed number. Is anyone else dealing with a similar issue?

I have created as program in C# that is designed to display the users status and availability from Ring Central. This works brilliantly and I can sort the users by availability, name, etc.I need to add the functionality to change the status of the user to "Offline". Our employees, including myself are facing issues on the Glip app (phone and desktop). It's been two days since we are facing an issue. All of a sudden the app stops working. It shows online status but we are unable to send messages with only a loading icon on the right. There's no issue with our ISP providers. I would like to raise a bug report for the same.

We started using Glip app across our organization 2 weeks back and noticed that for any of us using it on our mobile devices that we are not receiving push notifications. Yes we have push notifications enabled, yet we don't receive when the app is inactive (closed).

Multiple users as my company have reported that when they've begun to type a message into the RingCentral desktop app - if another message comes in - the contents of the typing window get erased. I am not experiencing this in Version: 19.01.2 (E. 2.01) / Build: 624 (rev. 771473b), but another user is. Also occurring in Version 19.048 (E. 2.0.14) / Build: 922 (rev. 74530b7). It's been reported with the web version also.
