the integration API uses the REST API Ring out method to make the out bound call from the third party application. The call is working fine and i am able to receive the call in my mobile, however there is no calls or notification are happening to the specific agent? how the Agent will disconnect the call? currently from my mobile i am disconnecting the call? is there any way to send the notification to the specific agent.

With bitrix as our companies social, project management, crm portal is there a way we can connect ringcentral up with our client contacts with in bitrix to have a central location to share client info with employees?

Should I use different permissions?Today, I found a Youtube video released by Benjamin Dean regarding to the setup. At 14:03 of the video, the demo app in the video clearly have the permission VoIP Calling. However, when I set up the application, the permission VoIP Calling doesn't seem to exist as you can see from the screenshots on GitHub.Please advise how I should set up an application with VoIP Calling. Also, is it possible to have a Server/Web application to do VoIP Calling?

Our system has reminder function. Currently, we send SMS message for reminder. I wonder if we can send the voice message for reminder (like text to speech) from RingCentral API?

I was trying to make outbound phone call from the ring central desktop application. When the call is ringing on my mobile the subscription notification is starting up and providing all the details for the specific call.ISSUE:in the JSON data i received only the main company phone number as the from number on the JSON data? why it is not showing the actual phone number which i am dialing from 9295755408 to my mobile number. Hi, We are trying to authenticate RC credentials using the API. Our RC account has 2 extension numbers. I am running into a frustrating limitation of the Get Message List API. I need to get ALLmessages for ALL extensions during a specified time frame. In order to do that now, I have to iterate through all extensions even if they do not have any messages while staying within the 50 messages/minute limit. We have a LOT of extensions (over 4000) so this is very time consuming and inefficient. It is taking close to an hour and a half to churn through all of these extensions, which will be no good.Is there any way to get all messages for all extensions using a bulk call? Some of the API calls allow you to eliminate the extension thus allowing you to pull the data for all extensions.If this is not possible (this would be very frustrating), is there any way to get a list of extensions that have messages within a time frame? That would at least allow me to only look at those extensions that have messages and not waste my time making calls to extensions that do not have messages.Please let me kno

Yesterday, I found a problem that after successfully making a new subscription, there is no webhook posted to the specified URL while the RingOut call is in progress.So far, when my app subscribes for the events (mentioned below), I see that the whole process go through just fine and my webhook endpoint always gets something back from RingCentral. However, after that, there is no postback to that webhook endpoint so far.The webhook endpoint is always accessible and operational without issue.At the moment, I believe that there is no postback from RingCentral but I am not so sure about that.I would like some guidance how to investigate this issue.Steps to reproduce the problem:Make a new subscription or ignore if there is an active webhook subscription for the following events:/restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension/~/presence?detailedTelephonyState=true&sipData=true/restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension/~/presence/line/presence?detailedTelephonyState=trueMake a RingOut call.

We are getting message Caller ID should be one of company direct numbers and calls are not going thru when our doctors call patients through RingCentral which is integrated into our application appointment interface, starting yesterday around 8am EST. How it should work: A doctor clicks a phone number in our application, it connects to RingCentral which calls the doctor and also the patient with a Company name caller ID. The Outbound Caller ID set in each physicians user profile in RingCentral is the main toll free number on the account. This function has been working seamlessly for 18 months. We have not made any changes to our application. We have not made any modifications to the Caller ID info listed in Ring Central for these users. Last night around 10 pm EST the issue seemed to resolve itself, and the calls were going through. This morning the issue is back. This is critical functionality for us.

(I saw a previous post like this that did not get resolved but am in need of an immediate solution so started a new post) Our call queues are set up to ring to several desktop computer apps as well as several cell phones as simultaneously. When I call comes in, and a team member wants to Ignore the call, the system will immediately ring their line again, effectively making the Ignore button useless. I would like the functionality to have the Ignore button take one out of the call queues that that incoming call, and not ring my extension again. This is different that changing my status to Busy/Do Not Accept Calls, as I want to be able to pass on calls, but without taking myself out of the call queue all together. The Ignore button should allow me to ignore a specific call, without the system continuously ringing my extension.

I have also set up a webhook notification, which is also working.I'd like to know if it's possible to tell if the recipient (the to number) never answered or the call went to voice mail?I don't see anything that indicates this in the call log or in the notification payloadThanks

We just implemented the RingCentral for SalesForce add-in. Prior to this, sales reps were creating call logs manually which inserts Task records. However, we have certain fields marked as required, such as Call Disposition, and even further, if a rep selects a disposition of "Answered" or "Completed", it then requires additional fields be completed.How can I use the RingCentral add-in given our Task validation constraints? Can more fields from the Task object be added to the RingCentral addin? Or, am I going to be forced to remove my validations?Thanks
