Subscription -- SMS sometimes update vs new

My web hook is being called every time a SMS is received or sent. However, sporadically new sent SMSs are flagged as updated as opposed to new, and thus do not contain a message id to reference. Is there logic to this? They are all new messages.

Custom app development not available with Standard Plan?

https://www.ringcentral.com/office/plansandpricing.html shows that 'Custom app development and deployment' is an included feature of the Standard plan, however whenever I call RingCentral Customer Service I'm told that I muse have a Premium plan in order to access and develop custom apps.It also appears as if other features listed on this webpage are either incorrect or have been recently changed.

Would like to create a url alias of phones.company.com and set its target host FQDN to glip.comWould like to create url alias of phones.company.com and set its target host FQDN to service.ringcentral.com .Every attempt to do so fails with 402 or no page renders.

RingOut API from SoftPhone never rings softphone but status says 'In Progress'

Using the API, I'm able to connect from any one phone number to any other phone number as long as they are both outside of my RingCentral account. When I try to use my RingCentral DID it never rings. The status indicates that the call is 'In Progress' and I don't see any error messages. I also tried dialing from company number + extension (like +18001234567*102) and I've tried using the forwardingNumberId, found by grabbing the Id from /account/~/extension/~/forwarding-number. Can I disable receptionist/attendant/IVR through API?

When you call, Ring central robot can say words like "Press 1 for customer support" etc that's what I meant by auto receptionist/attendant/IVR menu.So I want to bypass this initial auto receptionist and have calls go to our application logic before routing to auto receptionist.I think it's possible through API as API docs include somethings about IVRs.https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Call-Routing/createIVRMenu Please let me know.Thank you!

PHP - No Token Found error when refreshing Oauth tokens.

I am writing a PHP application using the Official PHP SDK and the Oauth authorization flow.When I have both a valid access token and a valid refresh token, I am able to call the PHP SDK's platform->refresh() function and renew both the access and refresh token. Forwarding call, or Ringing in the RC software phone.

Hello,I am using webhook to hook incoming call.And created forward and reject calls based on special logic.It works as well.But, I don't want to reject the call.For example, my RC phone number is +111, and I set up the forwarding number to +222.1. The caller calls the RC number(+111). If the condition is met, it will forward to +222 (it works now).2. Otherwise, It will be ringing in the RC software phone(+111) instead of rejecting the call (Need to be implemented). Can I forward or transfer the call to the RC number itself?Thanks in advance.

When I use ringcentral Fax api to send fax to a different number, what are the different ways to test and verify Fax receipt?How can I make sure the Fax was received on other end? I know one way is to check call logs, but really want to know if other ways are available to confirm?

We are able to generate Oauth access token from /restapi/oauth/token api.We can see rate limit are applied.Is there any limitation on number of access token generate by the Oauth server? If yes what is the number of access token it can generate?

App to track duration of calls parked in park groups

Does the API provide access to the duration that a call has been parked to a dedicated park location group? If so, I'd like to build an app that helps our receptionist keep track of such calls so they don't languish, since RingCentral does not have any automatic call-back or notification when someone has been parked forever.

Multiple account phone numbers?

I've walked through a couple of different tutorials and now have more than one "sandbox" account. I asked a question over on Stack Overflow about whether this was a problem (or if there would be a problem if I _merged_ multiple accounts into one).Right now, though, I'm also wondering about the phone numbers automatically assigned to these accounts. Are these numbers persistent? Are they exclusive? Is there a problem if I accrue multiple numbers, or are they reused for other sandbox apps as well?
