Hey! My name is Shane! I've been needing help setting up my RingCentral desktop app (Mac) to open Chrome and then search my CRM for the number calling. Using the "execute commend" under settings in RingCentral desktop (Mac) I can get it to open Chrome using the following command:open "/Applications/Google Chrome.app"And I can successfully open my CRM (HubSpot) and search my contacts for the caller number using this command:https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/4253985/contacts/list/view/all/?query=%PBut I cannot do both. What I need to do is combined these two commands into one, but I do not know how to do that. Can anyone help me? Thank you so much!

How can I implement SingleSignOn when connecting to RingCenral using ringcentral-csharp-client SDK? We have an inhouse application which instantiates RCclient, in this stage of development we are connecting using main account credentials. Unfortunately we are running into API limits since the app may have many instances (up to 100) for each of our users.We do not want to ask for RC credentials as we already have SingleSingOn using Office365 working.Is there a way to make this work with RC connection programmatically?

Anything I enter there (any url, any script) triggers twice when I am called. when using the test button, it only triggers once. But when a call actually comes through, it is triggering twice. Does this happen to anyone else?

We are demoing RingCentral.Our current phone system looks at the caller ID of the inbound call and submits it to an in-house developed API that returns with where to route the call.This API does a lookup based on the caller ID inside our customer management system then calculates what queue/extension to route the call to.Is there something within RingCentral that allows for a 3rd party API to do something like this?

The ring central soft phone partially provides such a feature for 3rd party apps but I want to see the events for physical phones in a given Ring Central account.

RC doesn't seem to have a system for assigning and tracking SMS messaging in a team environment. Frontapp.com offers something like this that works with Twillo and it's very effective. Does anyone know if there's anything like this that works with Ringcentral?If this doesn't exist in some form what would a non-developer such as myself do to try and get this created? I would like to look at hiring someone to develop an integration between Ringcentral and Frontapp if possible.

Why is it that no ZD ticket is generated when a call comes in?

I have integrated the RingCentral 3-legged OAuth flow in my application, but I am facing a problem. I am using the Official C# SDK.1. UserA is asked to enter his credentials in a RingCentral branded pop-up window.2. UserA is asked to Authorize the application.3. UserA is authenticated.4. When user logs out of my application, I call Platform.Logout().5. UserB logs into my application, and initiate the Authorization flow, instead of going to step1 above, my user is taken to step2.If I realize step 5 using a different browser, the user goes to step1 as expected.How can I "reset" that RingCentral authorization window, so it always ask for login/username ??Thank you.

How do you locate a message in that situation?You could scroll back through your messages to that date but if any subsequent messages have been exchanged between you and the sender, the message you are looking for will no longer be displayed. If that is the case then the only way to view the Jun-15th message is to access the conversation history with that sender, but since you don't know his/her identity, you are left chasing your tail in a frustrating Catch-22.For a voice conversation, it's easy to locate a call in a particular time/date range by logging into RingCentral then > Call Log > Detailed > specify date range. How do I launch Glip.exe and open a chat with a specific user?We have an application that interacts with RC phone and Glip. We are implementing a connection with RingCentral now in place of Cisco Finesse. One of the features allows user to launch the chat application with a chat started for a specific user.I was able to modify windows registry to open Glip.exe as a default application:C:Usersfname.lnameAppDataLocalGlipUpdate.exe --processStart Glip.exeBut how do I submit a parameter for the chat? Probably an account Id?

The InsideSales dialer works is that it waits until it sees that the agent picks up the phone, then it proceeds to dial the client. RingCentral treats all calls coming into the system as "answered", so InsideSales begins calling the client before the agent picks up. Do you have any ways to delay/prevent the call from being answered unless the call is being picked up on a deskphone or desktop app?

I'm writing an application that interacts with the Glip API, but I can not find the value of the personID and groupID

Few Most recent notification issues with Glip App. Some conversations in random groups would mute themselves with no reason. After mute is removed, few hours later it would mute itself again. Notifications comes on and off unexpectedly. Phone resets, app removal and re-installation would not help. All settings are showing full allowance of app notifications. Looks like developer's technical issues with no support on how to address. Technical support is no help, called them, they asked me to send an email. Sent them an email, 3 weeks later they answered the mail and asked to explain the issue again???

Hi,I am facing the issue of the rate limit being exceeded.Actually, I have created an application which is already on production. all function was going perfectly but i was looking for minor issue in our application and i was checking data from RingCentral API Explore after that RingCentral gives rate limit exceed error for 9th number extension id only. (my application check data for 10 extension)

I want to set our office number as Caller ID into Ring Central account so that when we are send fax to someone they can get back us with the number that we provided instead of number from where fax has been sent.is there any way i can set that number into out going faxes ?Let me know if u have any queries/questions.
