When i receive any unknown number than in widget shown no name but in admin portal when i show call log than shown name.
So can we shown than name whenever receive any unknown number which is not saved in out contact list.

Incoming Caller ID Name is available to RingCentral Premium and Ultimate accounts. If you are currently subscribed to it but not getting the feature, please contact Technical Support for assistance.

We have premium account but can't shown name in ring central widget so how can i enable that?
