My AI Receptionist is interrupting callers when they are answering questions. This is happening when they are providing their email addresses or explaining why they are calling. The AI Receptionist is also not ending calls after scheduling the appointment. Is there a way to fix these issues? For example, is there a way to have the AI Receptionist ask if there is anything else it can help with and if the caller says no, the AI Receptionist can end the call.
