I’ve been usingt he AI Notes function in RingCentral fo a little while now, but I have found that it has been inconsistent for the recording of specifc words/phrases in the Transcript, as well as in the Notes,
As an example, the company I work for is MailGuard, but most of the time, in both the Transcript and Notes, it is more likley to write it as “Mailgard”.
I correct this in the Notes, and then save it. But this is happening over and over again.
It is also showing “MMailgard” as incorrect, with a red squiggly line under the word when I open the Note in edit mode.
Is there any way to teach the AI specific Spelling of words/phrases?
