I created a C# console application to access the RingCentral API using the RingCentral SDK.With this application, I am pulling a list of calls, and then I pull a list of users, and I import that stuff into our data warehouse for analysis and reporting.However, when I pull the user records via the [Get Extension] (https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/User-Settings/readExtension), my list of users don't have phone numbers. They should have a phone number, as most of them have a direct number that their clients can reach them at. How do I go about to get the direct numbers of my users via the API? It seems as if the "businessPhone" attribute is not populated. Even when I test it against my account, it's blank.It seems to me that I will need to pull the [Get Company Phone Numbers] (https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Phone-Numbers/listAccountPhoneNumbers) and then match the extension/id to that of the extension/id of my user table to get what I wa

In the past I have been able to change new users profile to be apart of the "company" when they register without using an invite link. Now it appears that that is gone. These new users appears as guest. Is there a new solution for this? Thank

I've added our main office number to HUD and turned the setting "Ring when any user I am monitoring receives an incoming call." However, while I hear a ring for my own incoming calls, I don't hear one for the main office number incoming calls.

Hello.. When someone calls my main number a computer voice that can't say my company name answers... How do I change this to my voice or?

Is there a way to delete posts from the RC Mobile App? I'm not seeing any options for that at least on Apple iOS nor any permission setting. Also, how do you like a post via mobile?Thank you

While there is api for creating and reading post via get post and create post, what is the way I can share it? I can see even delete post api is there.Thanks in advance

Times do not match between the Call Log APIs for Call Sessions and the information displayed in the Analytics Performance Report. Details are attached.Discrepancy in Duration of Total Call Time, IVR, Talk Time. Also, Queue time and Hold Time is not available through Call Log API. No Tie to Transferred Call.Where is the data stored that is being used to populate the Performance Report. Are there API calls to retrieve this? Do not want to implement subscriptions/notifications.

While using the unified app for my client (windows 10), i noticed that the save file path when downloading the phone recording, seems to point to the administrator's downloads folder, rather than the currently logged in user. The users in the call center only have standard rights, and the app will freeze / or report the wrong time in the call length, and is therefore causing major issues as the users are now using the web version (app.glip.com) and is throwing off the analytics when pulling reports. Has anyone else noticed this?

Is the SMS API in the Auth or Medium API Group?On this site i find:"RingCentral currently allows you to send a maximum of 40 messages per minute per RingCentral number through our SMS API. If you need to send more than 40 messages per minute, please utilize multiple numbers. For more information, please contact our developer support. "But while developing my app I was limited to 5 messages. Is this because it is DEV and it will go up in production? Or am i doing something wrong?Thanks!

Hi thereI am having an issue with sending calls over to Infusionsoft. At the moment we are using Zapier which sends over all missed calls and missed calls with voicemail. This is great. The issue is that it doesn't send over the rejected calls. These are technically missed as this either happens when the call handler rejects the call or there is another technical issue. Can anyone help with this? I was wondering if it could be done by way of a webhook, but I have no idea how that could work. The easiest would be if Zapier could identify all rejected as missed but unfortunately it doesn't. It just means we are missing lead because of this as the rejected ones get sent to email or are on the call log, but this is an additional task for us to do and we then need to cross refer with the ones that have been sent to Infusionsoft.

I have a problem with the Latest RingCentral App (Glip) when you try to invite (import) contacts from the contracts section and use 365. the authentication window appears and you can sign in but then it a white screen and does not complete the auth?Anyone else had this issue?

Our calls are answered by a virtual receptionist. It takes 10 seconds to "bypass the company extension" and actually connect. Here's what I want:1. Person Calls2. One second elapses, NOT TEN3. Virtual Receptionists phone rings.Is that possible? It's already set to bypass the greeting and go directly to my extension - which forwards the call. Let's cut out the middle man. Call the number, it's forwarded. The end. How do we do that?

Hello,I joined called today using RC services. However, when I dialed in I got a busy tone. I tried a few more time however it still failed. A co-worker then tried using her cell phone but when she dial-in she got the busy tone it wasn't until she tried a second time where it went through. My IT believes that its something to do with RC services where it was only able to handle one dial in at a time. It was just there conclusion as this isn't their area of expertise. Anyone else having this issue as well?

I'm using the RingCentral .NET SDK (currently v2.3.0) in Azure in both an API App and an Azure Function App. These apps sit in different Azure regions on different machines, but starting a couple of weeks ago I started receiving the below error and now receive it intermittently on the API but almost every time my Azure Function runs, which causes it to fail. Restarting the function app seems to make it run properly once or twice but it soon reverts to erroring out again shortly after that.I've seen others mention this problem but haven't seen any real solutions other than check your network. I can't seem to figure out the root cause of this error on my end and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction on how to best troubleshoot this. Any one else have compliance export requests in RingCentral app that never complete? I requested exports on 12/23/19 and they're still sitting under a "submitted" status. Getting the following error after having built a php site that calls the ringcentral API. First the php site gets the extension list of a couple of users, then it allows the user to remove or update the forwarding number. Could it be that we are running up against a request limit? Maybe performing a login for every request could be unnecessary and it appears 5 logins per minute is the limit? We have a c# application built in .Net 4.5.2. We want to add a feature that lets the user click a phone number and be connected to that number through the browser. I have looked at both the WebRTC and the RingOut options and still have a few questions. Does RingOut need to work through the softphone? Can I log calls (start time, end time, comments, etc.) with both the RingOut and the WebRTC APIs? If I'm just calling out from the application will RingOut suffice?

Hi there, is there a reason why contacts are properly named on mobile, but when you view the conversation on the Desktop RingCentral, it's all still numbers.(It's only recently that I noticed that one is named correctly "Winnie")Thanks for any information,Jeff

The 4 person limit to video calls for a standard account means that we have been using skype for business instead. Now that Microsoft are launching Teams, which has many of the features of Ringcentral but has no limit on how many participants we can have on a video meeting and which is already paid for in our office 365 bundle, will Ringcentral relax this limit? Once we start using Teams for video meetings, I think we'll end up moving to using the full functionality and stop using Ringcentral for company messaging and file sharing.
