We have Ring Groups setup for incoming calls to our offices main BTN's. Currently we have several admin who are a part of a Ring Group who are usually in the offices working from home. After installing the RC Phone application on their personal computers and deauthorizing the application on their work computers I expected them to see calls to the main office numbers via the application and to be able to answer the calls, transfer, park,etc as if they were in the office. this doesn't seem to be working. When calling the main number they receive no notification via the application. However if i call there personal DID or Extension the application notifies them of a incoming call. Any ideas what may be happening, while in the office they are notified of calls that are incoming to the main line via the application.

While using the RingCentral Phone and RingCentral Meetings Apps, headphone microphone audio doesn't work.I'm on macOS Catalina 10.15.3RingCentral Phone: Release: 19.4.0.37336 (64-bit)RingCentral Meetings: Version: 19.4.151918.1217I've tried uninstalling/installing the apps and trying different type of headset. I've tried using a cheap set of in-ear headphones with the mic attached to one of the cables and an over-ear set similar to a 'gaming' style head set.

I am getting an error using the Production credentials for my app; the Sandbox credentials had worked fine and I didn't run into any issues. I have custom object and it has Notes and Files related list, I want to restrict to one Note and one File for each custom record. Would that be possible?

I am setting up email to case for an outlook email alias.I am trying to configure the outlook email system to forward messages to the email alias to the email services address provided by salesforce.(Through Manage Rules & Alerts in outlook).but then the case is not getting created.Please advise!!Thank you!

I have a Polycom VVX410 with 12 presence buttons on the display. I can program 100 prescense buttons in the Web Portal and the first 12 show up on the phone. How do you get to the rest of the ones on the phone that were programmed into the web portal? Kinda seems worthless to put more into the web portal?

Do we need to pay anything for sending SMS from there? Also, we noticed that there is a watermark in each text message we sent? How can we remove it from the configuration? We usually had previously worked in some project where we had to generate oauth token from oauth server for security. The oauth server had some limitation in generating oauth tokens and had a restricted number (say 1000 tokens in a day) of token generation for a day. In RingCentral for Outook, when I am scheduling a meeting, I can click on the calendar icon and it works as shown below. If I click on the clock icon it does ... nothing.I can manually enter the time but I am wondering if that clock icon that I highlighted in yellow is/or should be functional.

If we have configured our phone system to forward the call to other extensions if an incoming call is not answered, does the call sessionid change or does it remain the same?I am currently storing a generated key value, call sessionid and phone number in my database in order to provide a lookup table for existing calls. If a record exists for the sessionid and phone number the existing key is returned, but if a record does not exist we generate a new key.Recreating this scenario is hard, and my thought is that i am adding a record for the sessionid and when it is forwarded to another extension, it finds the existing key and tries to insert it again.
