Has anyone noticed with the latest upgrade in Glip that when the presence indicator turns red when you are busy, once you are available, it does not automatically turn back to green to indicate you are free?

In the Polycom user guide for VVX business IP phones, it mentions using a Polycom wifi wireless network adapter to connect to a wireless network. Can any generic USB wifi adapter be used with the VVX 450 office phone, or do I actually need an adapter from Polycom? I currently have a Netgear AC600 Dual Band adapter. If this brand of adapter will work, how do I set it up for use with my phone? In the office phone user guide, it says to insert the wifi adapter (while the phone is on) and select Start. When I insert my Netgear wifi adapter, nothing happens. Does this mean that only the Polycom wifi adapter is compatible with my office phone?Thanks!

The caller made a call to me that is to RingCentral Embeddable widget then i accepted the call and after conversation completed i have end the call but from the caller side the call is not ended. Then at this time the caller himself should end his call.Please reply with solution to end a call from caller side also when the call ended by callee side.

VOICEMAIL, ALL CALLS AFTER 12 ARE GOING TO VOICEMAIL AGAIN. I HAVE CHECKED ALL THE OPTIONS. It says we are open 24 hours a day so this should not happen.

Option to install Ringcentral in Salesforce Sandbox is not coming

I found that after updating the RingCentral Phone softphone app to version 20.1.0.38205, my HUD is empty and I am not able to add my team members back. Anyone else experience this? I'm hoping this is not happening with our ~400 users who are mostly working remotely.

Users upgraded last night to 20.1.0.38205 and now their previous options listed under HUD on the Ring Central Phone desktop app are gone and the Create button is greyed out

Why are the call options grayed out on incoming calls except for Answer and ignore? I can no longer send calls direct to VM.

When attendees don't have admin privileges on their machine, there is no way for them to join the meeting. An in-browser option would be essential for meetings to be useful in a business setting.

I've had a couple of end users who have an issue with the Ring Central Meetings app where it just doesn't see the computer mic. The mic is selected as input and is working in other things but Meetings isn't producing any sound even though the mic is selected

We use the same bridge number for all of out meetings that we have since day 1 with RC. There needs to be an option in the settings for the plug in to set your own meeting ID

Can someone tell me if I am missing something. In the new RC app, I cannot find a way to assign a name to a phone number. This seems about as basic as you can get. Am I missing something?

In our case, each line is configured differently, with one line stripped of most calling features. This means that the number that appears in their profile is not the one that should be used in most cases. In the older Desktop app, both phone lines were visible. Is this on a list of future improvements? Thanks.

Rincentral! You guys are great, but we are in huge need of an additional line or 2 for the conference call feature. We need it now more than ever and it's constantly busy and unavailable for our clients to dial into. Please help us in this crazy time in our world!!!

Despite having all capabilities via the RC App on my iPhone X, 13.2, it does not ring when my desktop rings.

I will be working from home sometime soon, but the only Internet connection I have comes from a Verizon Jetpack (wifi hotspot). As long as I purchase a USB-to-wifi adapter, will my Polycom VVX 450 office phone be compatible with this type of Internet connection? How would I go about setting up a connection between the USB adapter and my Jetpack? Also, does my office phone require that I use the same (static) IP address at all times? Thanks!

Using the RingCentral Meetings app for Linux. I can start and run a meeting. But when I end the meeting, all chrome tabs are frozen. Can't even switch between tabs. I end up having to completely close chrome losing all tabs. Anyone else seen this? Know a work around other than plan for it?

Can more than one person be logged into the mobile app (different devices) and be able to transfer a call? Or does one person need to be logged in as admin and the other create a new account with their user info?

I cannot sign into ringcentral meeting. I was able to change my password but then I try to log in and it says, "Please check your network connection and try again." My network is fine. I am online posting this message right now. HELP

Our video conference meetings take place in the U.S. More and more, if I schedule a call in advance, when the time comes to meet, I (as the host) can join the meeting, but the attendees can't. They see a screen that say, "Please wait for host to start the meeting". Those who chose to call in are having the same issue. If I send a fresh link in the moment, it works. What is happening?

How do I use RingCentral for telemedicine? A criterion is that the patient initiates the call. I would like to have an audio-visual connection.

I have had so many difficulties trying to set up something so simple. I just need the main line people call to have an option to press key 2 in order to be directed to our emergency line.Can someone please assist? I have looked over every article and nothing is working when we call the main number. Its letting us leave voicemails but not giving us the prompts to press now.

U.S. customer here. Lately, I've been getting text messages sent to our phone numbers. I don't remember setting this up and/or enabling it. 1) How do people get the impression they can text the number? 2) When they do text, where does the text go? I can't find them in the system anywhere! I only know I'm getting them because I get an email notification when one comes through.
