We have assumed another business and the calls are coming to my business phone only. I would like for the calls to appear under the different business name so that I may answer accordingly. This has created a confusion for customers who call in. We are an orthodontic supply company and the new company is a business previously owned by a speaker who taught orthodontics. Is there a way to upload #s in groups for texting more than one at a time?

I have attempted to delete unread faxes, and every time I reopen my computer in the morning, they show up again. So I continually have 11 unread items showing, which then removes my ability to use the "red dot" as my indicator for new messages. Please help. Why won't these stay deleted?

I am facing authorization issue.I created a new app in my developer sandbox portal.Whenever I send token request to the API /restapi/oauth/token I get the following error :{"error":"unauthorized_client","error_description":"Unauthorized for this grant type"}  Is there any way to solve this. When I using run Compliance Exports from Ringcentral APP (Glip), I can get member's activity exa: create Team, create chat Group. But when run Compliance Export by API, I can't find anything about member's activity. Please check it, my company need it to follow member's activities.

How can I import the entire company call log using the API. Customer service stated that I need to set the number per page to 0. This does not work. The API only downloads 99 records at a time.Isn't there a way to download a csv file??

If I try to open a meeting link or join via the Meetings site, and Safari is my default browser, it just downloads a new installer instead of joining the meeting. It works fine when I'm using Chrome. This seems to be related to the security issue that was patched in the last update.I tried clicking on the probable solutions link, but it gives invalid instructions:"Allow Plug-ins" may have been an option in prior versions of Safari, but it no longer is.I looked in Websites > Plug-ins, but there is no RingCentral Meetings plug-in. I can not send SMS but can receive them. Texting is the main way i conduct daily business with my clients I need help immediately. I already contacted support they escalated the issue to the tier 2 team but i ave not received a call back I need assistance As Soon As Possible.

Automated daily call log reports are not matching the results being pulled in by the API. We are currently pulling in call logs via the API and those metrics are not picking up calls where someone used a desk phone in conjunction with the RingCentral Chrome extension. However; the calls show up on the daily call log that is emailed.Seems to be related to ringout calls missing the call from name / call from number.Please let me know if you need examples, and I will upload some.Our app name is: RC_Log_Exporter

Hello,I'm trying to find out how feasible it would be to embed video calls within our iPad app (react-native).I see that there is at least one SDK for ios, but that seems to only cover glip.Any suggestions on where I should look?I imagine just opening a meeting in a WebFrame isn't gonna do it.Thanks in advanced!

I see there is an API endpoint for retrieving the forwarding numbers:https://developer.ringcentral.com/api-explorer/latest/index.html#/!/Forwarding_Numbers/listExtension...However, there is no documentation about setting the forwarding numbers. Is it possible to do that currently?

Is there an uninstaller for Mac? Support is telling me no (they first said to just delete the app), but it leaves items for RingCentral and Glip in ~/Library/Application Support. Not sure where else it leaves things...

Using latest Plantronics Hub (Ver 3.13.2 build 41952) with Voyager Focus UC. Under Settings - Software Settings - Target Softphone there is no option for RingCentral. What should I select? I'm having constant issues with the popup "Plantronics Device Controls Disabled". RingCentral KB ID 10726 is not helpful at all. I'm thinking that the proper selection of "Target Softphone" with the Hub software might help.

I got 3 lines(let's call them A,B & C) and I want to be able to update an existing meeting in line A to a new date and time.The problem is, that if there is 2nd meeting already booked in that time frame, I want to be able to use line B or C for the update without loosing my meetingId.If I try to do an update while logged into line B the meeting Id does not exist so I get an error, if I delete the meeting from line A and create another in line B, my meetingId will be lost.Any suggestions?Thank you
