How can I stop a 1 page fax sent from a Ring Central ATA to a non-Ring Central fax number from printing as many as 44 copies of the fax?rom printing

We are sending a 1 page fax to a public (non-Ring Central) fax number that prints multiple copies sometimes as many as 44 times when it is received on the other end. Has anyone ever encountered this issue in the past and if so were you able to resolve it and how did you resolve it?
