Are there API or webhook that can get the user list data in admin portal?

I'm looking for API or webhook that can get the user list data in admin portal regularly and automatically.

It need to get customized data for each client such as extension, email, role, direct dial number (DID) in Excel data and automatically emailed to us.

Please let me know it there are these.
