Hello, having issues with my RingCentral app and RingCentral web (chrome) I am unable to rcvd or make calls the phone button does not highlight green its GRAY. I have restarted my computer few times my RingCentral shows I am completely ''OFFLINE'' BUT when I log on my cell phone app everything works OK any advice.
