Can we fetch stereo audio(not real time) through Ringcentral APIs? | Community

I want to just check if any Ringcentral API’s exist which can be used to fetch stereo recording of a stored file

Unfortunately, RingCentral RingEX supports only single channel call recording.

and when you mention RingEx this applies to any Ringcentral Product? CX as well?
