Cannot Fetch Transcript and Summary Even with RingSense Scope – Forbidden Error

Hi Team,

I’ve already added the required RingSense scopes to my application, but I still cannot retrieve the transcript and summary from the RingSense API. Every request returns a 403 Forbidden error.

When I tried to access this API to get transcript & summary, it looks like not be granted permission:

Question:

Are there additional permissions or entitlements required to access transcript and summary data from RingSense?

Expected Result:
Able to retrieve call insights (transcript + summary) for valid record IDs once scope is granted.
