I have a proprietary customer administration tool where we’re wanting to integrate RingCentral into directly. I’m wanting to be able to add a button from the tool to start a call and input data into the IVR prompt. So it’s pretty much like automating entering in a customer’s ID # so an agent doesn’t have to do it manually. Trying to see if this is possible with the call api?

Unfortunately, we don’t support “project code”. You can implement click-to-dial from your web app, but that only allows you to dial a direct phone number, or a main company number followed by the * character and the extension number E.g. 14041234567*102, this will dial the main company number and transfer the call to the extension 102.
