Hi,

We are using the (https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com/restapi/v2/accounts/accountId/extensions ) API and we are getting the some error -

Can you suggest the solution how we can resolve it.

Are you calling the API in your sandbox environment? If so, it is not support in sandbox.
