We are using API’s to send SMS to our customers? We also need to see the SMS that customers are sending to us. I don’t any API or webhook details to achieve this task. We are using CRM to perform all the tasks like making phone calls, SMS.
Kindly suggest if anyone has performed similar activity in the past or has any clue regarding this. Thanks
