In RingEx’s API how would you pull a list of User Groups and their ID?
I’m trying to create a report using the Analytics API that can be filtered by User Groups if you have their ID. How would one do this using the API?
Is there also an API call to return a list of users in a User Group if you have the ID?
Well I found a workaround. If you use the analytics API call: https://platform.ringcentral.com/analytics/calls/v1/accounts/~/aggregation/fetch
and set the grouping to: {"grouping":{"groupBy":"UserGroups"}
It will give you a list of User Groups and their ID along with any call statistics added.
Would be great though if we could have a direct way to pull all of them and their members.
