how to Send SMS message using API

Hi Team,

I am using the SendBox Account to send the sms in RingCentral. then i get this error.

this is a url for testing the API

Hi Mumtaj,

Due to recent carrier regulations, sandbox numbers in free accounts no longer have the capability to send sms.

If you have a paid account, we would recommend you to use that going forward or upgrade to a paid RingCentral account .

should you still face this in an upgraded account, please confirm that you are TCR registered. After this if you still are unable to send sms in sandbox associated with an upgraded account, please feel free to submit a dev support ticket
