In meetings, sometimes when there is an attendee that is not supposed to be in the meeting, and you try to remove them, they are unremovable.I have seen before where a code/script was developed the forced removed an attendee.(Even if they were a cohost & you were a cohost.) *Only a host should be able to remove a co-host*I'm not sure if the script un-cohosted the user first, then removed, or just brute force removed. I do know the user saw the pop up saying the HOST removed them.

Everyday I send message with attachment so ok. But today I get error about "unsupportted media type"Please help me handle it.

We manage a field sales force. I'd like them to dial in at the end of the shift and press codes to indicate the tasks they have completed. Each task code would be 3 digits followed by the hash key. A shift might have as many as 6 tasks completed. That would mean 24 key presses.I'd like the API to convert the DTMF tones to ASCII characters and send us the message content via any means (url, get/post, include in call log - it can be an email or text msg for all I care, just so long as we can interpret it) so we can handle it all with software from there. Is that feature available? If not, when will it become available?

Has anyone ever deployed the Chrome Extension for Ring Central via something like SCCM/GPO/Intune? I am attempting to do so using the ADMX method via Intune and am having a lot of trouble. This seems like it would be a pretty easy thing for Ring Central to support but I don't see any documentation on how to push our the chrome extension.

Hi - we'd like to be able to filter the content returned from a message store export to optionally exclude voicemails, faxes or SMS. The issue we're dealing with is that some our customer only want us to pull SMS, but the message store exports get really big because they also include voicemails. Ultimately, RC creates a big export zip file and we end up throwing away most of the content.I don't see an option like this in the API documentation for the message store exports.

Can it be implemented that multiple people can monitor (barge, whisper, take over, silent) a call at a time? Only being allowed one person to monitor a call is not very beneficial. I've noticed that many people have been asking for this feature for years and there has been no motion of change. I can't imagine that it would be a hard thing to implement seeing as so many other phone companies have been do this for years. This request shouldn't be breezed over.Can someone please give an update as to where this request is in the pipeline to deployment? Thank you!
