I have a problem with how to integrate the RingCentral desktop app to my CRM via web click to dial, connect them to easily dial them. I just want to have a result just like Zoho CRM. Thank you in advance

Hey, I have noticed a problem with the last couple of updates, the ability to text from our main company number is gone and we can only text from our direct lines. This is fine when we need to text in house but when we are reaching out to our customers, we need this functionality. Is this something that will be fixed soon?

Having trouble with a third party application called EzyVet.com (veterinary software hosted on Amazon servers).When we send through their application to RingCentral fax the message never makes it to the RC servers.When we send directly to RC from the authorized user's mailbox the message is delivered. Only difference is EzyVet uses Amazon SES to deliver the message on behalf of the user authorized in outbound fax settings (frontdesk@"domain".com).We have modified our domain to include the servers for Amazon SES in the SPF record and EzyVet has confirmed we have it setup correctly.We have also asked them to look into possible bounce back messages on the Amazon SES portal, but they claim there aren't any. I have worked with a dedicated RC Support tech (Rhyan Uy) and he can't find anything that says the message makes it to RC.Please Help!! Getting desperate, as we are 6 weeks into this issue.

Do we have integrations with ACT Pro database?

We are software development company and one of our client want to integrate RingCentral in our CRM application developed in ASP.Net. How we can integrate RingCentral in our web application for outgoing and incoming calls, queue handling and SMS integration. We run a Citrix Environment and our users user the RingCentral fro Google extension. There are compatibility issues between the two however. User get error messages and can't call out from the extension and other users will see anywhere from 1-10 active calls after all calls are disconnected and these impedes their ability to use other functions on the extension.

Hi,I am working on a backend system which will listen to IVR call notifications and trigger some event based on that notification.Basically, I want to receive a notification from RingCentral to my system whenever a user calls a particular IVR number.I was able to find notification type detailing the notification data structure : https://developer.ringcentral.com/api-docs/latest/index.html#!#RefGetAccountPresenceEventBut I am not sure where I can configure the IVR number, and the endpoint which will receive notification when that number is called. Hello there, we have designed our own CRM according to our business need. We store customers phone number along with their name and email address. I would like to integrate our ring central phones with our CRM so when a customer calls us, his phone number from softphone will match our CRM's data base and trigger all the inquiries, forms and relevant data stored in the CRM so its easy to understand who is calling us and what was the previous discussion / dealing with that specific client. We want to perform this activity by matching the phone number and then triggering the relevant data in a search results or pop up. If this is possible, please advise how to integrate using API. if not then please suggest a best possible way to perform this activity.

We just deployed the RingCentral app for Salesforce and I'm concerned over time our internal calls will unnecessarily clog our Call Logs and SFDC data storage.Has anyone done any work on either the RingCentral or Salesforce side to block Inbound Call Types from being captured?I was hoping in the Call Center or Softphone Layout that there would be an option to include or exclude different types of calls from being logged automatically in Salesforce.

We are in production for months. Today at 1.53PM presence hook is no longer being called.Then I discover that subscription was not running. The subscription was refreshed less that 24 hours ago much less than subscription expiration. What would be the reason for that?

Purpose is as follows: Our Volunteer force will update a calendar on their availability. And we would like to develop an application that will maintain the availability list & corresponding phone numbers and dynamically sync with Ring Central. So we don't have to manually add or remove numbers in the extensions.

When accessing call logs, for outbound calls am getting main company number as FROM phone number for all the account phone numbers instead of separate phone number.- When we see the call log from portal we can able to see separate phone numbers.P.S: We set to display main company number for all account phone numbers.

I am working in Production App, and try to get Active Calls. the field I need is ExtensionNumber from response. but it was empty in response. I have a subscription event working with the message-store filter.I want to get the full info of outbound SMS.
