We are currently using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) application and are interested in integrating RingCentral with it to enhance our communication capabilities. We would like to understand the integration process, available APIs, and any requirements needed to proceed.

Could you please provide guidance on the necessary steps, documentation, and any prerequisites for this integration? Additionally, let us know if there are any support resources or technical contacts who can assist us during the implementation.
