​@lesliem That is a perfect use for App Connect (formerly knowns as the Unified CRM extension), and GoHighLevel is an often requested CRM integration. I would love to see someone from the community step up and build an App Connect adapter for this product. The adapter is not on RingCentral’s roadmap currently, and the Labs team is focused on extending the core App Connect framework to make it more robust, more feature-rich, and easier for developers to integrate with. 

Our Professional Services team can be contracted to build an adapter, but there are also integrators like Gate6 and Loyally who are gaining experience in building for App Connect as well. I would reach out to those vendors and inquire whether they would be interested in building something.
