Is there a limit for making more than 5 simultaneously calls using ringcentral-softphone-ts from a single number ?

Hi folks!

I’ve tried to make 5 calls using https://github.com/ringcentral/ringcentral-softphone-ts from a single number at the same, it worked very well, but when I add 1 more, I didn’t receive any message from TLS connection.

Is there any limit or something there ?

It is an known limitation. And it is a server side limitation, not specific to the softphone SDK. No matter what SDK/client app you are using, you can have no more than 5 active calls.
