I have a client who has a finalized Jack Henry / SymXchange API but I need a POC at RC to assist with the final authentication into their account.  Is there a POC for them to reach out to?

Sorry but I really don’t understand what you need. Normally, if you are a 3rd party developer who develop app for other RingCentral customers, your client can provide you with a tester user credentials so you can test your app on their account.

@PhongVu we are the client. Here’s a breakdown of the situation…….TL;DR: too many vendors involved

Jack Henry and RingCentral both tout integration between their core and telephony services:

Here is a slightly more visual diagram of the vendor relationships:

Jack Henry Symitar core banking system → MDT (3rd party reseller/host of our core) → our Credit Union ← Spectrum (3rd party reseller of our RingCentral platform) ← RingCentral telephony = Trash binFire

  • Jack Henry is the owner and provider of a core banking application called Symitar although our contract is not directly with Jack Henry.
    • Our CU has a contract for Symitar through MDT (Member Driven Technologies/3rd party reseller) who hosts our core application services.
  • RingCentral is the owner of telephony services but our contract is not directly with RC.
    • Our CU has a contract through Spectrum/Charter, our ISP for RingCentral.

Legal agreements were signed by Jack Henry, MDT, RingCentral (Alex Shumway-Jones), Spectrum and our CU. MDT has since configured their side of the SymXchange for this project and they are ready to hand off the credentials to RC? Spectrum? Not sure which vendor at this point, but it sounds like Spectrum needs to provide RC a SOW for this project? This entire project has been a nightmare of finger pointing, lack of ownership, and too many hands in the cookie jar. Please, for the love of everthing, someone from RC save the day?

Let me try to look for the stake holder from RingCentral on this project. But meanwhile, do you happen to know if it’s a RingCentral RingEX or RingCX (contact center) integration? That piece of info would be helpful for me to find the person.

@PhongVu when I go to About in RC it lists: RingCX:   25.1.3-9 2025-04-11 02:17:52

Thank you!!
