We are reviewing the Call Streaming feature located here: https://developers.ringcentral.com/engage/voice/guide/workforce/call-streaming/getting-started

Is this available or related to call monitoring? We have call monitoring setup and need to have live transcriptions.

That is the Engage Voice (for contact center) platform and it is not the same as the call monitoring API under the MVP platform. But you can use that audio streaming to feed real-time transcription too if you are talking about Engage Voice (newly called RingCX)
