I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced frequent reauthentication issues with RingCentral (RC) when integrated with Loxo?
This has been a recurring issue for us for several months now, and while it seems isolated, it’s been disruptive. We’ve been in touch with Loxo support, but since Loxo and RingCentral don’t have an official integration partnership, the troubleshooting has been somewhat circular without much progress.
We’re trying to determine if this could be caused by conflicting or multiple integrations. For context:

We use RingCentral for calling and voicemail transcription.

We also run Quil.AI inside our CRM (Loxo), which may potentially interact with RC's call logs or data layers.
Has anyone dealt with something similar? Could multiple integration layers be contributing to the token expiry or session handling issues?
Any insight, suggestions, or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!
