Hi, I was wondering if RingCentral has any out of the box Sentiment Analysis/ Call Transcript already available on call log data?

Call recordings are not transcribed and thus, there is no sentiment analysis either. If this is critical for your company, you can implement it though.


I'm also interested in this feature. I was wondering if there has been any progress with Transcripts being available.

They now released Ring Sense, which should have transcripts and other things. Is any of that available via API?
