SSL Error on Webhook Creation?

Our SSL recently expired, and was renewed the next day.

I removed the subscriptions, but when I renew them I get an error back.

That is the URL, and I’ve checked the SSL and SSL chain from multiple locations and it checks out.

Can you advise what I am doing wrong?
