Token Keeps Expiring

I am using a webhook through Zapier to create an event in RingCentral when an entry is  made on our website.

I used this for formatting purposes.
https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Tasks/createTaskNew

It will work perfectly about 10-15 times and then I get an invalid token error.  If I go back and re-copy the authorization, it work again for about 10 or so times and then fail.

Is this generating a temporary token?   Do I need to do something different to create permanent authorization?

I am slowly but surely making progress.

I did find where to authorize my app at https://developers.ringcentral.com/my-account.html#/applications

However, now that I have the ClientID and ClientSecret I’m not sure how/where to provide these in zapier.
