I'm using Zapier to automate a couple of small things inside RingCentral - the output of the automation is that Zapier uses the native RingCentral integration it has to post a message to the channel.

It all works well - one hangs up I have though is that I don't seem to be able to delete messages that the integration posts despite being the team admin.

Can I ask if I'm supposed to be able to delete them, or if this is a limitation of the way they interact with Apps inside the service?

I am not very familiar with the Zapier integration. But did you set the delete message via some configurations or did you call the RingCentral platform API yourself? Share a screenshot of the configuration or share some code (remove sensitive info!) here so I can help.
