What to expect:

• Depending on your choices,
  • a 30–60-minute remote session (video & screen share) with our designers and product managers, or
  • An unmoderated study you can complete at your own convenience
• You will be assigned tasks that replicate real admin workflows
• Open discussion of pain points, mental models, and desired improvements
• Sessions scheduled between May 4–15, 2026 (we’ll work around your availability)

• Comfortable sharing the screen and discussing workflows
