Caller Asking to Review RingCental Call Recordings

Good day, does anyone received a call from 704-815-6625? They are using RingCentral caller ID. They are trying to imply that RingCentral needs to review call recordings as per RingCentral Policy. As far as I know, RingCentral does not review clients call recordings. Thank you!
